We are proud to present myFlex Benefits by Equitable Life, a game changer in flexible benefit, pick-and-choose style plans for small businesses with as few as 3 employees. Flex benefits are no longer a privilege reserved for big business.

How it works

  1. The employer sets a benefits budget for each employee
  2. Employees are offered base coverage and choose between 3 health options and 3 dental options
  3. Costs in excess of the employer budget are paid through payroll deductions
  4. Any left over dollars are saved to a Health Care Spending Account, a special pot of money that can be used to reimburse health or dental services not eligible under the plan.
